Evaluating our impact
Since our inception in 2020 as a response to the Covid19 pandemic we have been constantly monitoring and evaluating our approaches.
Research and evaluation has helped us to learn as we continue to grow and evolve.
Our research arm has worked for 2 years collecting and analysing our data to determine what impact we are making for NHS staff, and also for or volunteers.
Our purpose is to ensure the highest quality evidence supports our work, and use this as we evolve into a sustainable service for NHS staff in the future.
