1. Register  


If you are new to the service, click 'the Create Account' button, below.

We will then send you an email.

Open the email and click the 'link' to open the booking system

You can re-login at any time by returning to this page and clicking the 'Returning User' button above.

2. Booking support 

 

After answering a question about your needs, you will be sent to our booking system.

Click any green slot to book 1 to 1 support with a specialist.

You will be asked to repeat this 2 or 3 times, because we provide 2-3 sessions of support to each NHS Staff member (as we believe that 1 is not enough).  

We will email you the dates and times you selected.

Your supporter will contact you soon after to arrange the best way to contact each other.

Who are the volunteers?

 

Project5 is an online booking system which gives NHS staff access to free one-to-one support from a team of volunteer coaches and mental health practitioners.  So far, over 4,000 such volunteers have registered meaning that we can potentially support thousands of healthcare workers every month. 

 

Our volunteers are split into two groups (Tiers) :

Coaching Tier: coaches, psychologists and medics with coaching training.

Mental Health Practitioner Tier: Psychologists, Therapists, Psychotherapists, Mental Health nurses...

All volunteers are professionally registered, insured and appropriately qualified.  All volunteers receive supervision and guidance in how to best NHS staff at this time.

What do we offer?

 

Project5 will link you to the support you need, based on what you yourself choose. 

 

Whether this is self-help resources, coaching sessions or wellbeing sessions.  This is all free to you.

We support you in being balanced and being able to cope at work.

You can also return as many times as you'd like - as it is free and your needs may change!

How do you access it?

 

Click the button below and follow the instructions

Once you have booked your sessions, you will then receive an email from us, confirming the time and dates.

You will then hear from your supporter, on how best to connect with them
